The e-learning application as one of the outputs of the CaBilAvi project provides new learning materials for the use of GNSS devices during VFR and IFR flights. It is designed for pilots, students and instructors of the IFR and VFR flights inside and outside the EU. There are two courses for that purpose: IFR and VFR. E-learning application is available on the website http://cabilavi.gnss-centre.cz/web/elearning/.

The second specific objective of the CaBilAvi Project is to increase the existing capacity available on the CAA and ANSP side to implement PBN and EGNOS. Learning by doing was the key underlying thought of WP10, 11 and 12, which provided capacity building through workshops and working groups in order to enable the required pre-operational actions. This capacity building was aimed at three Balkan States (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro) which are European countries currently benefiting from EGNOS, but not EU members.
